Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that if your order is shipped to a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving the final item in your order, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, clean, undamaged, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For EU withdrawal requests, you may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If an item has been worn, used, washed, damaged, stained, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, unless the item is defective or the law requires otherwise.

Returns need to be sent back to Germany. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made a mistake with your order.
After your return request is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Sale items may be excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy. This does not affect your statutory EU right of withdrawal where it applies.
For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns of items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, stained, or are no longer in a clean and resellable condition, unless the item is defective or the law requires otherwise.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the final item in your order, for any reason and without giving a justification, unless a legal exception applies.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us that you wish to withdraw.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, or once you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
